It tells me the Sonocaddie V500 has not driver download. Please assist so I can use my Sonocaddie V500.

The SonoCAddie V500 indeed requires a driver to install on Windows 10, but the official website doesn't indicate that it's compatible with this operating system. However, you can try installing the already available one. Visit the link posted below to get a link to the driver compatible with the Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and 8.
Note: You might have to disable the Driver Enforcement in Windows 10 to be able to install it. Disable it using the following procedure: Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Press key 7 > Restart.
